Negatives: Prolonged check in, system was down for days, key card issues, housekeeping only every 4 days, room floor was stained and sticky, mold entry way of restroom, stove surface was cracked and missing pieces..room 102..During check out the gentleman asked how the stay was I replied not good and he said oh okay would you like the receipt without the empathy to find out why the stay wasn't pleasant.

Positives: Location was good. Room was spacious and had all necessary appliances.

Negatives: Not a lot of variety in breakfast. It was the same breakfast every day. Bad lighting in the room. Window blinds were somewhat broken. Bulbs in the bathroom were not working.
