Negatives:
The only window in the room was facing the wall. The biggest problem were dirty sheets and pillow covers. After I reported dirty bed sheet, I received a clean one and had to change it myself. Then I discovered that pillows were also disgusting and covered in stains. When I mentioned that during checkout I was told that somebody will contact me, which didn't happen. I had to contact the place myself and they refused any compensation since I didn't report it immediately (which isn't true), so I had to report it through booking.com customer service to get any money back. Also, place didn't feel very safe for a single female traveller.

We were very happy with our stay, no complaints. We came for Air Force BMT graduation and stayed for a total of 6 nights. It's very close to the base and the manager gave us great advice how to get there easily. Room was very clean and we felt very safe.

My stay at the motel...
Positives:
Manager and staff were very helpful. I traveled with my in law and her children so we booked separate rooms, but the staff accommodated us by putting our rooms next to each other upon request (we are not seasoned travelers and were anxious to be apart). Rooms were also clean and cleaning services came regularly. The property was very well lit outside compared to comparable priced places we passed so I felt safe as someone new to the area.
Negatives:
I found one bug in my room during my entire week-long stay and I think it was a baby roach. But it was a one time occurrence, never saw anything else after that.

They had a clean room set up for me and my baby so I lived that. It was safe and close to the Airforce base which helped me a lot. The staff too were very nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaners.
