Negatives: The customer service and being yelled at.

Negatives: Bugs and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Had to sleep with my suitcase on the bed. I live in the ghetto back home but this was the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. My door didn’t even have the latch on it. Half of it was missing. The place was a wreck. There was leftover food in the fridge from the person before and circular watermarks on the counters like they weren’t even wiped down, and the shower has so much water pressure that it pierces your skin and turns the whole bathroom into a huge water puddle/ slip n slide with just a thin piece of fabric as the curtain that doesn’t stay in place. Plus they require a deposit which wasn’t written in the booking. Not sure if imma get that back or not. I should’ve known better cuz before I even checked in, the guy in front of me said “this motel is ass”… he was correct.

Negatives: The room overall. Looked like it had seen better days. An upgrade or remodeling may help. Half the complex was closed almost condemned.

Negatives: The filth was the worst. There was nothing to like. I felt very unsafe. My adult son was with me which made it possible for me to sleep otherwise I would have left the area and slept in my car on a quiet street before I would have stayed there alone. DON’T STSY THERE.

Negatives: This is beyond belief. It was filthy and in disrepair. There were cobwebs in the corners and foot tracks on the floor from previous occupants. You cannot imagine what the tub was like. The tub had black mold. Caulking was broken and missing. No smoke detector, wires hanging. 2 cockroaches, other smaller crawling bugs, and a mouse were spotted by me when I got up in the middle of the night. Outside door frame was cracked. Walls were cracked, dented and dirty. We came in late and if we had somewhere else to go we would have left after walking in. The only reason we did not sleep in the car was that the bedding was clean. The beds were old and poor. Box Springs covers were shredded at the bottom. Sink faucet had a restricted stream of water. It was partially blocked. I am trying to contact Wyndom Hotels to let them know about this place.

Negatives: This facility was sketchy and uninviting from the moment we drove up. Our 2-nt check-in was at the night-window, w/ no lobby access. A panhandler approached as we were checking in. The condition of the room was bad. We were met with the smell of weed. The dented frig was covered in stickers. The bathtub was cracked and repair caulking was everywhere. We were afraid to sit on the bed, even with the nice-looking bedding. (Afraid of what lurked beneath.) While away from the room, we were afraid to leave our belongings inside, so we repacked the car. We ultimately left and did not stay at this hotel. We were not granted a refund of any kind (I was hoping for at least 1-nt back); staff said once we were checked in, no refund would be given.

Negatives: Homeless, beggers, and drug addicts, and seriously messed up people. People who are staying nights here will beg from you and people who don't will beg from you JUST IGNORE THEM. I saw a lady in a wheelchair only wearing plastic wrap as pants staying here and her van smelled like turd. The air vent in the bathroom was leaking water down on the toilet amd floor and the beds are so used up your back will touch the springs and then there's old blood on the sheets. Never staying here again and will opt out for a more expensive motel or hotel. Staff was good though.
