We stayed in room 103 and the neighbor and 104 had their TV on so loud and they out where you could hear it even with our TV on and we called the office to tell them about it, but I don’t think anything was ever done because the TV was so loud like ridiculously loud

First thing we saw in the bathroom was a huge roach! Floors were very dusty and dirty. Bedding was old and didn't look clean, sofa and seat looked very dirty. The shower seat was very slippery when it was wet and not very handicapped accessible.

The bathroom walls were not cleaned and was soap still left there from previous. The floors were not mopped was dirty still. The bed sheets were the same for the 2 days we was there. I only know that because the same dirty spot was on there.

The staff was friendly.

The cleanliness, especially the bathroom. No hair dryer, no coffee, no table lamps. it's definitely the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Including a coch roach & mold. I don't know how it has received a 7.8 rating. Big Stains on the towels. Good thing I had wipes. They were filthy after wiping down the door handles, bathroom faucet and bathroom counter.

Shower area needs work. Hairs on wall and shower curtain bottom moldy. Ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper, both near empty and no spares. Pillows are flat and bedding is a sheet and another sheet on top, bed was hard. Property seemed kind of sketchy, loud people junky cars and someone knocked on our door twice at 330am one night.
