Nice room - great amenities in the room. Very Clean and Comfortable - I love the fact there is a tub - plenty of floor space and we felt safe at the property.
Negatives:
We didn't have an ice bucket in the room - As we drove on property, the landscape was very unkempt and overgrown - which made me nervous, but past the gate it was nice.

Fix elevators, we were given a room on the 3rd floor and had to carry all our luggage. I hope you all compensate your cleaning people. That is not right on how you all haven't fixed the elevators. I wish you all would experience that feeling of carrying up and down the materials to do their work.

Had asked if I could do early check in (12pm-1pm) the hotel said yes. Got there at 12:33pm and they told me they couldnt accommodate my early check in. My room smelled funky and had no toilet paper. About 2 hours later, another family knocked on my door saying that this was their room. Well, apparently, the hotel double booked my room. The whole stay consisted of employee, knocking on my door asking me questions that they shouldve known the answers too since they were the ones that made the mistake of double booking the room. Next morning, room cleaning kept knocking from 7am to 9am even with the do not disturb sign. If youre looking for a good hotel to stay in, this is definitely not the one.
