The lobby is gorgeous.

The hot tub was Luke warm. You had to scan a QR code to request towels, but the link didn’t work. Our room smelled & was very outdated. We had to request towels & a blanket for the sofa bed (we checked in with 3 guests in a king bed & sofa bed suite). The system is completely automated. When the pillows & blanket were delivered the staff didn’t say hello, you’re welcome. Nothing. Just handed us the bags & left. We were very underwhelmed by the stay. We chose this location specifically to treat ourselves.
