Room was not vacuumed. Stains on the sheets. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was set up in a bad way - hard to see the TV from the beds. Only 2 towels provided for 5 people. Housekeeping did not come during our stay. Breakfast was not served hot. Breads/bakery goods were stale. Fruit was not fresh. Juice tasted bad. Bought a soda from the front desk and it was flat. Rooms need paint. Carpet was torn. No fan in bathroom. Had a cockroach and water bugs in the room. Something crawled across my daughters face while we were sleeping.
