Positives:
The fact that the very nice lady at the front desk offered the inside rooms to us and she saw how frustrated we were when we were given the outside room (doors were on the outside) rather than the nice building next door that was 100 times more secure especially for a female.
Negatives:
The fact that the outside rooms are no where close to being as nice as the inside rooms offered to a customer after you complain and for the same price.

This place was GROSS. The shower was covered in mildew, floors were sticky, food left in the room from previous occupant, desk chair had food stuck to it or maybe candy. It was just dirty. I couldn't wait to get hone and shower!!!

The breakfast was fine, the African America girl serving the breakfast never smile and never covered a conversation.
Negatives:
The commode was horrible , it was so low to the floor that I would get behind wet each time sat. Most of the time I used the commode in the lobby.

They allow pets so the room you get may not be great if you have allergies. My room had a musty smell as if not used for a while. Safety door latch had been damaged and was not repaired correctly. Screws were loose on the door piece. I was told there was a HOT breakfast. There was not. Preformed, precooked egg like discs and sausage you have to heat in the microwave to make it hot. Other food offers were no different than any other continental breakfast. Toilet in bathroom looks like it was meant for a child.
