Positives: The staff was very nice. The hotel and the room were very clean and smelled very clean. I liked the they offered a hot breakfast.

Negatives: We had a room on the first floor and the first night we were there the people that had a room directly above our room were extremely noisy and didnt quiten down until after 2 am. I wish the hotel had an elevator.
