Positives: Air conditioner was excellent , beds were comfortable . Refrigerator worked great ,

Negatives: My bedding had cigarette holes in it , bathroom was dirty had mold in it on wall and inside tub /shower , tv remote didn’t work , phone didn’t work off and on had to jiggle cord to call front desk , water had smell to it and there was water damage on ceiling in room and peep hole in door was cracked . Guests upstairs were smoking marijuana and caused it to smell like smoke , I was in a downstairs no. Smoking unit . Cockroach found on night stand and bed . Bed was dirty , floor /carpet was filthy around furniture .

Positives: For an older property in Seguin it was a good value. It was very convenient to Bill Miller BBQ so I was able to eat breakfast taco's each morning. I did not try the free hotel breakfast. I was able to park my new vehicle in such a manner as to avoid other vehicles and door dings!

Negatives: Water pressure in shower was a little low but it did not prevent normal bathing.
