We expected less due to the price but had a very nice room and was very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Pictures of breakfast are totally inaccurate. There is no waffle machine, and I highly suggest just getting breakfast at the Starbucks right next door.

They didn't cancel my reservation when I requested it nor change my date of my reservation or move my reservation for another date and I ended it up paying for a night that I didn't stayed.

The breakfast was not good. Eggs were lackluster, sausages seemed dry and not fresh. They didn’t have enough towels for us.

The hotel in general was not clean in both rooms and bathrooms and not many facilities were available and I felt it maintained very poor hygienic standards . Not worth staying there

Checked in at 6:40 pm. Rooms were not clean. Waited an hour while a high school team checked in immediately getting 10 rooms. There were 5 separate reservations waiting for rooms. Finally we settled for a queen instead of king. Room was NOT a suite. A regular sized room with two beds stuffed in! Toilet had major rust stains, floor corners disgusting, beds well worn and collapsed in when laid down. Photos of bathroom below.
