Positives: Room was clean. Good breakfast.

Negatives: Things didn’t work like door rubbing on door jam and fan in bathroom not working. Room looked a bit worn like the curtains with small holes and the walls with chips. Also the room had a lot of road noise from the freeway. Finally, there is a lot of road construction around the area right now which made getting anywhere difficult.

Positives: The Staff helped us..first room night bad--stinky sour wet carpet. The next day I spoke to management and they moved us to a new room. Thank you management.

Negatives: We had a problem in our room, the carpet was sour but we made it through the first night (stinky). I should have reported to management but thought the smell would get better. The next morning I spoke with management and we moved to a new room. So bad on the first room but great on the 2nd room. Thank you management for helping us. (it could have been reported by maids that the room smelled sour, but they probably thought that turning on the air would help.
