Great service & cleaniness. Very modern. Wish there was breakfast included but would definitely stay again!

Sheets. Cleanliness. Simple coffee maker. Pool table and chess set. Sitting area in the room. Soft towels. Nice big shower.
Negatives:
No lights around the mirror - I couldnt see very well while getting ready. No rollaway cots were found for our use. And there was no communication about it either. They just didnt show up. The pool was freezing cold, it wasnt heated. No closet.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Loved the banquette and table in the room. The pool table/lounge area on the ground floor were nice.
Negatives:
The walls were not wonderfully sound-proof, and the comforter was too thin for winter (staff gave us an additional blanket). The lighting in the bathroom was not adequate. This is personal: I'm not loving the shower-only option (I love baths!)

Its different from the aloft in north Olmsted Ohio, they dont offer enough food, snacks and drinks like in Ohio thats the only thing I dont like
