Positives:
I didn't get to have breakfast unfortunately but but I can say that I did enjoy my room very much. I really like the view very much as well since I was at the top floor of the hotel and I had to view of around the area along with the Bayside which I thought was so beautiful especially in the evening. I would like to thank whoever chose that room reservation for me because I really did enjoy it. I can also say that I enjoyed the beds since they were not too firm and not too soft just right for me. I also like that the TV had a lot of the apps that I use at home for entertainment purposes.
Negatives:
What I did not like unfortunately was the entree that I ordered the night before which was a seafood platter but the version I ordered was the blackened version but when I received it when I was already upstairs, the platter was all fried. I can also say that while I was receiving my order I wasn't really sure where to get my order and I was in a line for maybe 5 minutes to where I thought I'd pick up my order but it was actually for the bar unfortunately but the gentleman at the bar told me where I should be so I would think him for that. When I got to my spot to pick up my platter I noticed that the kitchen staff were just uncomfortably just staring at me repeatedly that it just made me feel very uneasy. I kind of feel like just being able to see inside the kitchen and the cooks being able to see on the customers I don't feel that that's a very professional setting or at least that's my opinion. But overall, this day was good and I enjoyed most of it so thank you for all that were involved in my reservation my check in and my check out it was a really relaxing and wonderful experience.

We requested a room with 2 queen size beds. My husband's bed was very uncomfortable and with every move he made there was a loud like broken board noise. It kept both of us up all night. We reported the problem at the front desk and they told us they would send someone to check it. We waited all morning and nobody ever came. I asked one of the cleaning ladies that afternoon if they could send someone to check it. There was a gentleman there and they asked him to check the bed. He did say that it was not reported to him. He also heard the loud noise and said that probably the boards needed to be replaced. We decided that since it was just one more night we could tolerate it, but we did not get very much rest. Also we were told that we could not get pints on our honor guest card because we had booked thru a 2 party.
