I loved the customer service. This is my go to place to stay when I’m in town visiting family . And the location is perfect .
Negatives:
I didn’t like the transition they are going through. Instead of things improving they are getting worse, for example the air conditioner is so old I’m hoping they are replaced soon. The pillows and covers look and feel cheap and old.

Nothing. .even if I would've stayed there parking was packed.

I bad booked this room in January for March and then the day of they were having trouble charging me the day of and they said I could pay in person. They said they tried calling me to get payment but I was DRIVING. When I got there they said we canceled your booking. Can you imagine? After having it booked for months. They really couldn't wait til I got there. I blame the girl for saying oh yea we could charge you here. Train your staff better.

Negatives:
I wasn't told about any extra services or I might have purchased during my stay. I think more information about things to do could be in the rooms, maybe maps of the island. We did a bit of exploring ourselves but outside of shopping and the beach it's hard to know what all is available. Also.... y'all, the balcony is made for 2 year Olds. Anyone with legs like mine was not able to enjoy and I was really disappointed. I was excited to enjoy morning coffee o. A balcony facing the beach but the really uncomfortable chairs (WTF!!) And the size of the balcony made that impossible. I understand the need for light chairs but let's find a better way to make them because those are so horrible.
