Between Wednesday, Jul 9th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jul 10th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jul 10th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before Jul 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If cancelled after Jul 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM, 17 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after Jul 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM.

Guarantee Policy

Positives: Breakfast was good.

Negatives: Was too tired to move and was just there for 1 night. The lighting wasn't the greatest. Room had a very musty smell. We had Lysol to cut the smell. TV was very small and hardly any channels. The door was missing the metal plate at the bottom, which left a large gap, and light from the hallway could be seen. The refrigerator cabinet needed to be painted. The room needs to be deep cleaned and serviced before anyone stays in it. There wasn't any water pressure in the shower
