Location was grrat Right off the freeway near woodlands not far from downtown Houston Walmart and 7 -11 nearby

No hospitality stayed there for 3 weeks. No will you be staying another day? Rather are you checking out always And if you ask for a few minutes after the checkout time to pay they tell me it's such a problem since they can't slchsrfe w fee? For what ? I requeat no cleaning service so I'm saving youbtikr and labor and I'm the one keeping th room another day? Why wouldn't you be happy your motel is 1/2 empty most days? Your math is bsd' lacking hospitality made me go to the Scottish inns and they are wondefful I was accused of breaking lamp switched from wall lamps and it was "on me" strictly because I didn't call front desk and complain because I checked in late* a friend stayed in the room the day before I did and complained about the lights before I was even accused! But front desk said I was lying because the room was empty for w week before ibesd in there?

No hospitality no gratitude the guest chose to stay with them and serious roach problem!

Roach fell from the ceiling to floor on me and I never stayed in the place and was still charged. I had booked with another hotel immediately.

The staff are all extremely nice. I haven't had a single problem from them since the first time I've stayed. Close to the freeway and shopping also good and gas . I will definitely stay here in the future.

The parking is limited other than that everything is great. I don't have any other complaints.
