Negatives: The front desk lady . I ask for a late check out she said ok. When 12 hit I went down there and I was gonna make a new res. She said but next do it B4 11 I was like yes mam no problem. It was 12:04 my phone was acting up she was getting upset and she was your just gonna have to check out completely I was like ok no problem let me get all my things out and I'll work on my new reservation the she totally flip a switch and was like I can no longer help you like yelling at me I want you off the hotel get your stuff and leave like yelling at me I'm still very calm cuz I'm completely embarrassed bc there other people in the lobby she said there other hotels over here get all stuff and leave

Negatives: According to the front desk staff, late check in cannot be guaranteed, even if you ask for it and get confirmation on Booking.com. This is the first Super 8 - or first hotel period - to tell me this. Problematic if you're getting in late and expect a room. They ran my card instead to secure it, but there was no disclaimer when i made the request and got confirmation. The phone number listed on Booking.com isn't current so I couldn't even call the hotel and only had the option to message them. I stayed for 5 nights and had to swap out my key cards twice - once because it got demagnetized by my phone and once because they didn't update that I was staying an extra night, which was annoying. The front desk staff were more competent than pleasant, and I dealt with four over the course of my stay. Not one had a smile. Rooms facing the pool get a lot of traffic noise. The doors to the closet were broken.

Negatives: The rooms were not secure. No key needed to enter side outside door. We did not feel safe
