Positives: Staff was very friendly when they were around. Front desk was not staffed 24/7. Waited 30+ mins to check in. I went down 2 times to check out & no one was there. I understand they are short staffed but they shouldnÂ't expect ppl to physically check out.
Negatives: Place was dirty. Large Stains on the carpet. The outside was also very dirty. The pool looked dirty. Ppl were partying & slamming doors all day. ThereÂ's no breakfast. They offer a tiny yogurt, muffin & granola bar. IÂ'd never go back.

Positives: The staff was very friendly,professional and accommodating. My first room had a problem with the microwave the front desk agent immediately addressed the problem and changed my room with no hassle. If I could give 10 stars I would. Awesome staff!!!!

Positives: The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The toilet was not clean; someone left the seat up with urine and hair around it. Bathroom floor near tub was dirty. The refrigerator didnÂ't work well and doesnÂ't not get cold. All my food and drinks were warm.

Positives: Great staff,quiet clean room and easy access to food and interstate hiway.
Negatives: Malfunctioning north entrance door, not very fresh smelling hallway and toilet that is unstable ( shakes and rattles).

Positives: I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom and the amenities inside of the roomtree
Negatives: Each room needs to receive a deep cleaning of the carpet it's really terrible and grotesque. There was stains on our bedding that we didn't notice until the second day and it was really gross. I think that we slept on then two nights before we noticed

Negatives: Bed bugs in bathroom.....ants in the bed....roach on the cabinet with refrigerator.....room smell like smoke...could not get towels when I needed them.....don't want this hotel again...never ever
