Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

They baby roaches, beds are uncomfortable and no one came to clean our room or bring extra towels. Phone didnrt work in to room. I will never book here again.

I liked everything about the property, it was beyond my expectations for roughly $65/night. I’ve stayed here a number of times and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen, it’s clean, and it’s in great proximity to essential services and resources.

Positives:
Only redeeming quality was the location was very close to where I needed to be. Every other aspect was subpar at best. Will not be lodging with this company again.
Negatives:
Front desk either gave me keys to someone else's room or just didn't activate the keys. When returning them they accused me of giving them new keys and not the ones they just gave me. Roaches in the room, everyday I found a bug in my bed or on the floor. Room was never serviced while staying there. Since there was not housekeeping I had to return my used towels in order to receive new ones. Pool was unkempted but still swimmable. Early checkout to catch an AM flight required me to use a phone box with a corded phone to call someone. The person told me to leave my keys in the unlocked phone box and that they would check me out and that I was all good. I took pictures of the room just in case someone took those keys and went in to mess things up after I left. Not a pleasing experience.

The hotel charged my company credit card $150 because the housekeeper said I smoked in the room, which I never did, and I called twice to speak to a manager for verification of the footage and they were never present at the hotel.
