Positives:
I liked the price for the night and that they had a designated area for smokers. The people around (in other rooms) were friendly and made you feel welcomed.
Negatives:
I got allergies, I think the room was stuffy or the air filter needed to be changed they don't do house cleaning daily, when I asked for stuff (like toilet paper) they were out and would have to wait and go back up front to the office for more. I had to end up buying my own toilet paper. I would have taken pictures if I knew. I feel like I should be a secret shopper. No I didn't complain to the front office either.

This was the worst experience ever. The room was dirty, there were only 2 clean towels on top of a dirty one. The room also had roaches. This is my first time booking through you guys and it was horrible. They advertised a kitchenette but the stove didn't work. I would never stay there again

The room was very unsanitary. I don’t know if it was spit caked up on the walls, the mirror was so smeared, the toilet had some all on the side, the freezer had mold in it. I went to the room was maybe there 30 mins to figure out if I was ok to drive back to Dallas. I turned in my key card and told them I can’t sleep here and although I could not get a refund I was better safe leaving then staying.
