Motel 6-Stephenville TX

Negatives: I remembered when the hotel first opened as a Ramada Inn decades ago. It has since changed brands (downgrades, IMO) and has undergone refurbishment a number of times, and now well past due for another round of updating. It's definitely showing its age.

Negatives: You could hear every room above and beside you. Every foot step made, every facet turned on, every door opened. The first morning there was something wrong with the door next door and they will banging on it, and before 9 AM. Also, we had a call that my mother had past away so I went to the office at 1:00 to let them know we were leaving and they said that we couldn't get a refund be cause it was after noon. It wasn't like they had already cleaned our room Also, we turned the A/C-Heater from them A/C to the heater and it shut off not to start again.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Floor was not very clean.

Negatives: Hazards not marked in the parking lot. Big dip/hole in the front of property that is not easily seen when driving and the parking cement stops in front of my room was not staked in the ground so my truck caught on the rebar sticking up and dragged the concrete stop as I backed up.

Negatives: Everything. Pool was closed. Front desk is just there to be there apparently. Bed old and uncomfortable. Very overpriced for what it is.

Negatives: Very run down, beds are uncomfortable, over priced for the condition of the property and amenities.

Negatives: Staff was fine, facility was not pleasing to stay in, bed bugs, cockroaches in the bathtub and overall living condition was not up to standards

Negatives: 2 of our 4 pillows did not have cases and there were no shower towels. Staff corrected issue. Was like housekeeping got interrupted and did not finish room. What else was not finished?
