their pet patch is horrible. there are many options to have a better pet area without taking away customer areas. the cats roaming the area was ridiculous. the driveway is like a maze.

tv didnt work. The front desk staff came and reprogrammed it and it worked for a few minutes but after they left I was unable to change the channel. the next day, it wasnt working again.

Cons: worst bed I have ever slept on. I am in my 30's and have never experienced back pain until we slept here. Looks can't be everything, you have to put some quality into your hotels. Worst mattress ever!
