The size of the room and kitchen
Negatives:
The attitude of the male front desk staff person. How difficult it felt getting extra towels.
The fact that you can't get your room cleaned daily but yet there aren't any vacuum cleaners or brooms in a common area for use to do it yourself.
Staff treats you as if you're going to live there but since this is on Booking.com, people like me just stay for vacation and may need their rooms cleaned, trash taken out, extra towels etc. There should be an option for this for an extra fee for travelers.
Things are run down, rusted, chipped, broken. Hotel needs to be renovated. The two female front desk agents were nice and friendly.
