Everything was good. It was clean, the staff was nice, and everything in the room worked.

I saw a few roaches, the cable channels had more Spanish speaking channels than English and the Black shows had NO sound at all.

I booked the last room available, seemingly in all of Temple, bc I am traveling for work and had to finally stop and rest. The man at the front desk tried to charge me well OVER MY RATE that I booked the room for and then when I began to question why he all of the sudden shut the window and said he would not give me the room. And I am a working single mom, so I also had my child in the car with me! We had to go all the way to Killeen to get a room, bc we just kept driving down the highway and EVERY HOTEL WAS FULL. So I don't know why this man turned us away at 1:00am in the middle of the night, after one - I called to confirm the booking, and two - he had the nerve to try to charge me $135 for the room! When I booked a price specifically through your website. I was and am furious and baffled.
