Heather went above and beyond to get us in a room that was better equipped for us. (Put us in a room that couldn’t have been closer to the entrance,due to my husband’s inability to walk )

Shower head was broken and no maintenance staff.
I had to call and remind the manager to refund me half my money. The manager Desraya, said she ca refund $35, still waiting. They can take your money fast but slow on refunding you.
