Positives:
I liked the set up of the room but not what we delt with in the room.
Negatives:
No respect for the disability by a staff member. I totally did not like the roaches. No real housekeeping, you had to ask for everything. More to it but that's all for now...

Positives:
There was no breakfast when I had to leave for work early in the morning, sometimes they would have coffee ready.
Negatives:
Rooms were dirty, who knows that last time housekeeping had been by, if even, there is cockroaches in the rooms, dust bunnies in every corner. The walls are dirty as well.
Beds are very uncomfortable; you can feel the springs in the mattress when you lay down.
Bed linens were not cleaned, there was no towels in the room.
Rooms had an unpleasant smell.
Staff was very rude and disrespectful, there was a young man that works in the evenings, he was just about the only nice one that works there, he provided me with towels and a bed comforter since the room did not have any and offered me a discount if I booked again for the following week. I was transferred to work in Temple last minute, so this is what I found for the week on a short notice.
