Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. A lot of little things. Not carts to haul a lot of stuff either when I got there or the next morning when leaving. Wi-Fi was difficult to access. Asks for name and room number but needed a password. Water pressure was very low. Noisy.

The location and the front desk staff was the sweetest lady. Very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely give her a 10!

Elevator had us and most guests we met, a little nervous.Our room had a sweaty odor and there were beard trimmings on the bathroom floor. Lastly the bed was hard as a board. We were informed at the desk they dont clean their rooms daily.

The staff was really friendly and nice.

The rooms were horrible. The sinks are filthy. I seen roaches in the floor. And the television was not working properly. I felt disgusted looking at the lamps in the rooms.

The lady that works days and the gentle man on audit were exceptional, and so helpful. They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Also the maintance man was great

There was no breakfast. This hotel doesn't take several cards that normal people may pay with. There was a roach in my room, a broke drinking glass in the cabinet, my stove didn't work the first night we was there.Second shift was hard to find and left the lobby and counter unattended for very long periods of time and seemed bothered if asked anything.

. Nothing worked properly or was just out of order altogether. Back parking lot had no street lights they had been busted out and some shady looking characters back there hanging out and front parking lot was full had 0 available spots. And the door back said out of order. Safety risk fot sure . Ended up parking at hotel across the street(a busy street) where it was well lit. With 2 small children. If I hadn't of had to leave at 10pm to go get ice because the icemaker in room didn't work and the front desk didn't have any i wouldn't have lost my spot in the front . And then I desperately needed to print a few documents and there was no ink in the printer. And there idea of a "business center" was one printer and computer in the lobby. And I asked the night shift clerk and the morning desk clerk if they had more ink and neither had a clue and was not willing to look or try to find any. Very disappointing stay together.

TV didn't work, door wouldn't lock unless pulled very hard, and still the door would open a little . Leaving a good gap at door hinge. The elevator was not working properly and was still moving at first floor and took a long time to open. And would still move when door open. Needs inspection room number 316.
