Negatives: This was the absolute worst hotel experience Ive ever had at a Marriott. The room was so dirty and stinky. It actually didnt even feel safe. If I could have left to find another room for the night that could sleep my family I would have.

Negatives: The place was the dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed at. Ive spent a lot of time in Marriott facilities and I based my choice of hotels off location, brand, needs for my travel. My assumption is that marriotts have the same standards of cleanliness across the board. The parking lot was not lit well, the building was under construction which I get. In fact the parts that were under co structure. Were cleaner than the room I paid $180 for. Dirt build up on all baseboards, kitchen was lacking in what was needed to cook a meal, the air was smelly, had serious concerns of bed bugs but so far no evidence of them. Felt like my family had to sleep in layers of clothes because the place was so dirty. I didnt want to sit on the couches either because they were stained. The pull out couch mattress looked like it had stained blood on it too. If I could have found another place the night we stayed there I would have left.

Negatives: We were charged for two nights and only stayed 1 night.

Negatives: Everything! Was completely deceived by the internet

Negatives: Terrible service, they charged me 2 times and so far they haven't solved anything for me. I don't recommend them. They steal your money

Negatives: Hotel room was very dirty, curtains were torn, bathroom was ver dirty, hair on floor in tub. All windows were unlocked, was not secure Door would not shut properly. This certainly is not up to Marriott standards, and they charged $200 for us to stay at this terrible hotel.

Negatives: The property was fantastic. We wouldve gladly stayed longer if needed.

Negatives: Everything else was pretty bad. A method head roaming around on the 1st floor. The Clerk acknowledged this...the manager discussing with other staff that a maid had just quit and how the entire 2nd floor was not done. The fact they had no clue if our room on the 3rd floor was ready, so we waited about 20 minutes for them to check it. And it was still dirty when we got the key. Dirt around the corners of the walls, carpet not vacuumed. Made us uncomfortable so I called another hotel and we left. It was simply nasty and disappointing.

Negatives: Needs to be updated & deep cleaned

Negatives: First room was propped open. Did not go in. Bathroom in second room was filthy. Hair everywhere in tub and floor. Blinds were gross. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could hear everything from the room next door.
