The only thing we liked was the receptionist. Her name was Roberta. She is an asset to your company and should be rewarded. She was our saving grace.
Negatives:
We had a so called handicap room. The towel rack was falling off the wall, no toilet seat, The nightstand did not have a handle to open the drawer. The room seemed dirty also Noone in 5 days ever asked to clean our room. We even had to go get clean towels and water/coffee cups. The elevators were broken one completely the other's buttons were broken. The bathrooms down by the kitchen were locked, the women's bathroom had no toilet paper in 4 stalls and no paper towels in the admitting area. Also, the hotel had people living there permanently. I could go on but, you get the general idea. We will never stay at a Wynham Hotel again.

There were stains on the wall and headboard. The toilet seat was broken and taped together. Definitely not as nice as the pictures looked. Musty/damp smell.

The staff were super friendly. Even the lady that was sweeping the floors near the check in desk greeted us warmly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Had a good night’s stay.
Negatives:
The bathroom didn’t have a trash can and the hair dryer looked out of place. It wasn’t a built in model. It was just a regular hair dryer plugged in but the cord was held up by staples in the wall and then kind of hung up near the bottom of the sink.

The pool had way too much chlorine and their breakfast was horrible. The pancake batter thing broke biscuits were cold very few choices to choose from. There was no hot meat cereal was stale. It was so bad even my kids wouldn’t eat anything.

It was DIRTY. We didn’t have a turn down service or anything room related while there. Even when we asked for it we still didn’t get it. We got asked why we keep coming for towels and we told them we haven’t had new ones brought or the old ones taken. Our drawers had dirt, crumbs, and left over wrappers in it. I moved the night stand to get to an outlet and there were bottles under there that were not ours. The pool was fun for the kids but it severely messed up their hair. There was an over abundance of chemicals in it. My husband was approached by what we assume was a hooker asking him if he wanted to come with her and she was “down to do anything he wanted” she did this in front of our two children. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and don’t plan to come back. Honestly I’d like some sort of refund for it all. Unfortunately we didn’t have the luxury of going to a new hotel as we were told we still had to pay the full amount of the reservation and we could afford that and a new room. One of the main reasons we chose this place was location and the pool/spa and the spa wasn’t even working. It had about a foot of water in it with some garbage and a few pool chairs thrown in it. The elevator was also down part of our stay and we stayed on the sixth floor.

Location- It's right off the highway. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. We had a broken toilet and they gave us a new room.
Negatives:
The free breakfast. No juice(s). There was gravy, but no biscuits.

Doors were very loud and you could hear them closing all night. I dont believe they were being slammed on purpose but just loud. No cushioning to make them quiet.

The hotel is old and could use updating. We were woken up 3 times at around 2:00am by a woman screaming and doors slamming. It was pretty scary. On check out at 5:30 am I did let the front desk know what happened during the night
