Close to our Galveston destination.

Ice machine wasnt working, TV remote didnt work properly, TV had to be changed manually, items were left in room from previous guests indicating that it hadnt been cleaned thoroughly.
Some of the staff was standing outside while we were unloading. There was a Mercedes parked in the handicapped parking near the ramp. It didnt have a ADA license or a placard. So I was very inconvenient AND dangerous for my wife to have to use the walker to go over the curb instead of using the ramp.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Quick and pleasant checking in and checking out.
Negatives:
Wasn't the Hotel's fault but around 3 am a family came to, I assume check in, and their children were crying and screaming loudly, waking myself and the person I was with. Only ideas I have is a more sound proof door, or maybe have lollipops or something to give the kid so they may be too busy sucking on a lollipop instead of screaming their tiny little head off.

I liked the convention location, just off of I45. The amenities were perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable. Dining was also convenient, so everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning in the very near future, and when I do, I plan to benefit from the laundry room as well.
