Negatives: Pool was closed

Negatives: The pool was under construction, the front desk sucked when we first walked in the front desk was taking forever and the guy didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Asked for my license and my card so it can be on file even though my card was already on file. the housekeeping team and breakfast team was great! When we went to check out we waited 20 mins and asked a breakfast team member if she could contact the front desk and she did. The guy came in from outside he was just walking around the hotel multiple times and we went to are car and saw the guy walking outside around the hotel again. Everything was great except for front desk.

Negatives: The room smelt horrible none of the lights work. The qc didn’t work

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: They advertised an indoor pool that was apparently under construction. There was nothing listed on the website about the construction happening, and when confronted about it, the front desk staff said it was posted on the website. When asked to show us where it was listed, the staff member was unable to find such a post. Also, the room had a strange smell to it, and the sheets were dirty. They had little brown stains or dirt or something on them. We had to ask the front desk for the sheets to be changed. As the topping on the cake, when we asked if we could have a refund and checkout or speak to a manager about the unclean room and other problems, the staff member said they were unable to contact a manager until Monday (we were having this conversation on Friday). So, we were refused a refund because that needed a manager's approval and was not guaranteed even after contacting a manager. Thus, we continued to stay so as not to be out the money, but it was a horrible place to be and a horrible hotel experience.

Negatives: The room was 85 degrees when we walked in to it. There were 3 of us staying there and only 2 towels. The pillows were tiny squares, like they cut the pillows in half. No hot water for showers in the morning. Lukewarm. No soap in the shower.

Negatives: No lights over the bathroom sink. The 1 place you look for a light no light. Bottom of the TV was burned out. The jacuzzi let out hair an mold (disgusting).

Negatives: The carpets looked dirty The couch was hard The restroom lights kept Turing off and on . Breakfast was very poor rated . The front guy wasn’t friendly

Negatives: No cleaning (over four nights stay). The bathroom looked worn and would need refurbishing .
