Positives: Everyone working there was incredible from start to finish and the amenities saved our sanity, traveling with children. The value at Drury is wonderful but even better is the atmosphere and the clean room and the great nights sleep.

Positives: Going through an unfortunate situation with a loved one staying at the hospital across the street, the convenience was perfect and not having to worry about how I was going to eat.
Negatives: Not a thing! The staff was amazing, the room was clean, the food was great, and the customers were friendly.

Positives: Check in was awkward and unfriendly. Not because of the staff. Because of having to talk outside through a speaker that wasn't working and get to my ID in my purse in a breezway. This felt VERY unsafe to not enter first. I think a senior adult lady should not look too menacing to let in the main door before making her unload her luggage off her arms to get to her ID. I already felt unwelcome before I ever walked in. I have had better treatment visiting people in prison. Not kidding. But the staff was friendly and sweet and apologetic. So that is my "like" comment.
Negatives: OMG - There was what appeared to be ejaculation on the headboard. I will post a photo. Egads. Who didn't see and clean this?? I placed a pillow over it and slept toward the bottom of the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable. Why not sleep in the other bed? Because the headboard was so worn, it was cracking and peeling off. It look like a great home for bedbugs—but no didn't see any evidence of that. I just didn't want to take the chance. Room temp did not match what I set on the thermostat. Carpet very old, soiled, musty. I used to put people here all the time. No ty.
