Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Hotel suited our needs. Comfortable and clean.

Negatives: The cooked breakfast wasn’t very pleasant but everything else ok. Lots of noise from air con unit that kept me awake most nights or I turned all the heating panel off to get some sleep.

Positives: Size of the room is great, bed was comfortable. lighting was nice. Location was great, close to many restaurants and my mom's home nearby.

Negatives: Very disappointed that we're being charged $10 per day for parking, when there is plenty of room in the lot. Many cars I saw in the parking area did NOT have a parking pass from the property, so does management not check to see who has paid? The breakfast was disappointing during the week, eggs were very "artificial" and no muffins or coffee cake, only bread to be toasted (which is hard with one toaster). . Why can't there be towel bars to hang up wet towels? A hook doesn't allow the towel to dry.
