Not a lot. Upon arrival my granddaughter was denied the backpack I had promised her. I had called the hotel in advance said it would be a $50. Charge I agreed. Was told since I booked thru a third party this was not happening. Slide and pool started out nice, turned in to a mess, literally. We were told clear pool and slide area due to “Code Brown”. Because we had booked through Booking .com they wanted to refuse free breakfast. Thankfully I had that in writing with my booking details. I took pictures of our view. When I called about backpack I also requested a grown floor room to the pool, my husband is a heart patient. If he needed to return to room I didn’t want it to be an ordeal. We were in 2nd floor facing tool shed and woods. We did get to see the grounds people trap a raccoon. My granddaughter was upset she said it was dead as they drove past our window. No there is a really nice resort just a few miles away…Margaritaville. A much better facility.
