Very friendly, helpful staff. I was traveling alone to my sister's funeral, and they helped to brighten things up for me. Second visit, and if I'm ever in Tyler again,
I will definitely stay there.
Negatives:
There was only one thing that was lacking. That was the selection of microwavable dinners, food, in the shop by the desk. Small selection and not so great tasting frozen entrees.
It would have been nice to see fresh fruit, yogurt, pre- made sandwiches.
(No food served in lounge after 9 p.m.)
