I had a place to stay and the sun was shining

The first room I stayed in smelled like a dog and caused my allergies to flareup on the first night ruining the next three days of my trip. I also woke up in the morning after only been there three hours and finding a cockroach in the bed with me. When I brought the bug to the front desk the response was"would you like me to spray the room for you?". Then the response was "you're only here for two more nights". I was transferred to another room on the second floor without an elevator even though I'm handicapped and reserved a lower floor room on the side away from the street. The second room had hairs all over the pillowcase and the sheets on the bed had already been laid in. Again To the front desk. She sent up housekeeping to change the sheets. when they change the sheets as they were doing so I seen something black either fall onto the sheet or was already on the sheet. I picked it up and set it on top of the sheet so the staff could see. She walked over and brushed it onto the floor. And then exited the room. The front desk was not at all concerned about my inconvenience or satisfaction and had no recommendations or initiative to try to make me a happy customer. Instead the response was "you only have two more nights to stay here."
