Positives:
The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. There was one staff member in particular, Ketan, that was so amazing, so kind, and so caring, he made the biggest difference in our trip all together. I was taveling alone with an infant and he made us feel safe and looked after, which, all the amenities, location, and everything else aside.. that's what was most important to me and my family, that I recommend this hotel to, their safety.

Room was too dark. Lights only concentrated in the back of the room.
Coffee filter was to small for coffeemaker. Didn't fit. Luckily I could get it at lobby.
Couldn't open the 'curtin' because of a loose screw.
