It was conveniently located. Overall very clean. There were nice room amenities/room layout.
Negatives:
Each queen bed in the room only had 4 throw pillow size pillows… way too small for comfort. There was a note by the phone that said something about “for safety reasons staff will not come into room while attended, so come down to desk for extra toiletries, etc”. I tried to call housekeeping to find out if they were unable to bring additional pillows, would they at minimum have them ready downstairs, but it rang at minimum 10 times with no answer. On top of that the sheets/comforters, while clean, were threadbare.

Convenient location to all the the attractions we planned to visit, while in Waco. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was superb and courteous . The free breakfast options we plentiful. The room was spacious.
Negatives:
It was difficult to find something I didn’t like. But I will say, the pillows seemed a little small but there were 6 of them on the bed. Thus it just fine for us.
