The staff were welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was great also.
Photos in description/advertisement were the same as the actual hotel when we arrived.
Negatives:
We folded out the sofa bed and had no bedding for it. We asked at the desk for a doona/blanket and sheets for the bed. I got some flat sheets and a very thin blanket (like what you would style a bed with not use to keep warm). I went back down stairs to ask again for a blanket and they gave me a mattress protector and another thin blanket.
We were lucky that we could share pillows from other beds and that we could turn the heat up to keep everyone warm.

Breakfast needs real improvement. The quality of the breakfast foods was disappointing. The hard boiled eggs and yogurt were the only quality items. The sausage and scrambled eggs were not good. The room had mattresses that were too soft and probably need replacing. Very uncomfortable bedding!

Positives:
The staff was so friendly, polite and helpful, our room was spacious and spotless. I'm used to basic breakfasts in hotels, and we were very impressed with all the options served here. Breakfast is served until 9am and since my kids were still sleeping, they let me take a tray to our room. We only spent one night so we didn't get to experience the pool. The cherry on top was the price!

We could hear the people from the room next to us and I was woken up by the loud steps of a kid jumping in the room above us, so the thin walls is my only complain.
