-Pet fee.
-I do not like Booking due to the pact that I do not know how to get in touch with them. I booked for 4 people but only had 3 people stay. I wanted to be reimbursed for the one person but I don't know how to do this. There is no phone number that I could find.
- There has been other incidences also in other Motels/Hotels that I was out money. One place even booked the room out from under me and I had made reservations months ahead of time and I even had my conformation papers with me and they still could not get my room and they still charged me for not showing up.

I tried to check in 20 minutes early and was told that thier were no clean rooms available. That they would he reasycat 3:00. Then she said I could check in early for a $45 charge. So as I waited a lady walk-in behind me and checked in at 2:50

The staff was helpful and very friendly. Best park of hotel.

Well, almost every flush we had to take lid off to fill. Sink clogged after brushing teeth. Stepped off area rug barefooted and stepped on crumbs. There was only 1 wash rag but 4 towels. Large dried spill on ottoman. Lots of moldy caulk in shower.

Positives:
I was irritated upon check in that the double room I booked wasn’t available and I was now in a King with a pull out sofa. I was traveling with a friend and this wasn’t what I booked for. The staff said she sent me a message in the ap that Morning, however I was driving and didn’t get that notification.
Negatives:
The staff were all unfriendly and not helpful. No towels in the room. Had to ask staff for Towels and they were like oh I don’t think he have any! It’s a hotel and you don’t have available towels for your guests?! Then at breakfast the lady cleaning was rude slinging item around and making people move from where they were sitting so she could clean and section that area off so no one would be there.
