There were roaches in the restroom and the baseboards were broken and there was no blow dryer or shampoo in the shower like in other hotels.

The motel was close to the sports venue, Baylor Stadium, in Waco
Negatives:
The first room they put us in, the ceiling was falling down and tiles were coming off the shower wall. The second room they put us in, had no towels, no soap and was missing a TV remote. the third room we finally stayed one night of the three we originally booked, but the floor was so dirty that our feet were black after going to the bathroom and walking back to the bed. Horrible conditions!

My wife and I travel a lot, but we will never stay at another motel six, no matter the cost or location.

Nicest Motel I’ve ever been at. High ceilings, smart tvs, beautiful family of cats and kittens in the lot.

I liked that it was right off the freeway.

I didn’t like anything about this place. I get there get checked in the shower was nasty as hell, went to the office they gave me a new room. So I put my things in it leave to meet my sister-in-law. We get food and my wife son and I head back to the room so by this time it’s 10-11 something when we get back and it was like joes roach motel so we go to the office and get a full refund and had to find another room that late at night. Want roaches go here

The staff we encountered were very nice and pleasant.
Negatives:
Room wasn’t clean even though the staff was still “working on it” when we arrived. Cigarette burns on the sheets, used cigarette in the crack of the broken bathroom counter, crack and hole in the dirty bathtub, huge gap in the door letting in a lot of that Texas summer heat (remedied by rolling the towels we weren’t using because of the bathtub situation under the door).

Easily the worst condition of a room I’ve ever stayed at.
Positives:
This location is perfect for anyone with a dog. They've got a great area for pets to do their business and they keep the baggies stocked. As a dog owner this was greatly appreciated! There are a lot of amenities quite close as well as quick access to the interstate.

Nothing. The drug addicts that live in the motel were out in the parking lot all night yelling and wigging out. Whaling their arms. It was so loud. The people that were out walking there dogs all hours of the night (the lady walking and jerking the leash of her dog) another lady walking around the parking lot and a man walking his dog. One man was yelling at the drug addict woman. I would never stay at that place again ever!
