I had two rooms - the handicapped room was not clean. Carpet in room was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty around commode and no place to put soap in shower.
Second room had no stopper in bathtub.
There were only two maids working whole hotel so we had to find towels for the second day.
The person manning the front counter was usually outside smoking by front door.
