Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. It smelled like cigarettes, broken lights, the door to the restroom wouldn’t close because it was stuck under shower curtain rod that seemed to also be broken.

Both suites were amazing, but one the pullout was left half put away, but the staff got it fixed by the time we got back. The staff was amazing and we loved the rooms.

We didn’t like the property. We originally booked because of the convenience of the location.

When we showed up to check out, I entered the lobby which had a lot of bugs in the floor and flying through the air. After waiting a few moments for the staff member, a person came in and began to act erratically. He started yelling at me. He then followed me out to my vehicle and continued to harass me. He said he worked there, but it was unclear if that was true. We got a very weird feeling being there, so we called to cancel, and the property refused. We were told we would receive a call back from the property manager which we never did. Booking.com instructed me to contact the property. I did not receive a refund of any kind.

They had no breakfast, when we checked in they had plumbing problems which was not disclosed at check in and we found out when we tried to use the bathroom, there were not supplies in the room which has a kitchenette but not glasses, silverware or plates. The towels were so threadbare you could almost see through them.

Second Floor: the rooms were separated and the water was hot, toilets flushed good, it was clean.
Negatives:
Plumbing cut off during a time were I needed it the most to get ready for an event. I didn’t shower we had to drive around looking for a bathroom. The pool didn’t work. Kids were sad.

Coffee wasn't available early. When I did get some coffee I had alot of grounds in my cup. Sat night I tried to enter from the side door, it wouldn't work even with my card, I shared with the front desk and he just shrugged his shoulders and said it works sometime. (well get maintenance to fix it). could do with some overall updates. Need to do some updates to the rooms. Would have liked to have had coffee in the room
