Restroom was missing knob Non of the TV worked when brought to there attention I was told to turn the TV on it mught work, then was told they had to reset the satellite 5 hours later still no service.

the maintenance man went beyond the call of duty. We had a problem with our television receiver box, and he found one, and it worked perfectly. Edfie make sure were satisfied customers he is awesome and hes definitely a keeper. Room 310

The issue was the elevator always going out.;on a floor will not move. Thats a big issue that needs to be resolved or change the service company

The rooms we're okay they looked nice. However the staff leaves a bit to be desired. The night time staff that I interacted with were great. The staff in the daytime should probably have some retraining in the hospitality department.
