Positives:
The 24-hour coffee accessibility and hot breakfast were both excellent. The staff was friendly and helped me with my needs during our overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was dark and quiet.
Negatives:
The upper bar lock on our door was broken, and the bathroom sink was not thoroughly cleaned. There were other areas of the hotel, like elevators and hallways, that could use deeper cleaning and repairs.

While convenient to I-35W and near Waco, the hotel was what I would call “dingy.” The decor could use a refresh and a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast staff was attentive and kept items well stocked. We had to go to the front desk several times, though, to get our keys reset.
