People were smoking down the hall and it's supposed to be entirely non-smoking.

The hotel room was actually clean and very comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that i paid for a king deluxe and didn’t get that when arrived at the location. When i arrived i was told i actually couldn’t get the room i booked due to them being extra booked but she said she would put me in the same room but on the 3rd floor. Their elevators wasn’t working and it was only one way up to the third floor. Very frustrating and irritated. The people that work in the front can get a little feisty and have an attitude, (which i seen for myself how they handled another lady). Customer service could be a little better. Pool was a NO GO, it was cold in the pool area, the actual pool water was EXTREMELY cold, the jacuzzi water was dirty and also cool and did not work.

Nice space, room and bathroom great, staff friendly, clean.

My reservations were canceled twice and there was not any good communication. The ladies at the front desk tried but did not try good enough. When I told them that I went through booking.com and had proof, also spoke with the operations manager of the hotel, it was still a hassle. The girl was supposed to call booking and did not. We ended up paying so that we can just in the room, but it was resolved. Just too much.
