Negatives:
The rooms were not clean, hair on table, beds were in poor condition, no coffee maker of any kind even though at the time I booked it was told there was. Front desk was very rude. Would not stay again, if other places wouldn't have been booked up, I would have moved to a different hotel.

The property is great however the staff is horrible.. I got double charged for room. Called hotel to rectify staff literally told me more than once to “shut up”. I will never stay with this chain again or recommend to anyone and I travel a lot.
