Was called early asking us to vacate the property before 11am checkout. Also
The bed was the worst. The shower would not stay on worn out and kept shutting off. We checked in very late and it was a pain to get someone to checkin. Only reason for staying there was convenience. Will never stay here again

The staff was completely disrespectful and ran my card without my consent for 1OO$ and then cursed me out when I asked them to return my money. Decided to call corporate and finally received my refund two weeks later.

Dead roaches all over the floor, nats flying all through the room, mold on the walls, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom, and when I woke up the next morning there was a dead roach inside the bed. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs.. The front desk guy was not the friendliest. I have paid less money for a much better room in the past. I refused to even keep my bags inside the room for fear of bringing home roaches or bed bugs. I am absolutely disgusted and will never stay here again. There were no other options in this area for lodging, next time I will just drive a town over.

They did not have enough towels in our rooms. When asked for more was told NO they didn’t have any more. My family also went ask bc we had no wash clothes or hand towels and when asked the rude young guy working the desk didn’t believe we didn’t have any and so you can have one.
Next day they came to get dirty towels and give new ones at the door. Again was told could only have 2 and they would bring wash clothes later. Never did get any.

Rude staff. No towels. Difficult to get assistance. Ran out of TP and was scared to ask for more. Went big some at Walgreens down the road

The shower head was the cheapest most uncomfortable stream I've ever felt, staff was pretty rude and to the point no hospitality. For the Hotel to be as new as it was I honestly expected another more. I stay at Red roofs all over tx but I will not return to this location
