Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The bed sheets were clean. The location was great and we've stayed there before.
Negatives:
The bathtub had visible and large spots of missing porcelain. It was not clean. I have noticed the decline in the facilities. The woman who checked us out gave us all the instructions but she kept repeating herself like a robot. Her answer to most of my questions was thank you for choosing extended stay. She said it about three times while we waited for the elevator.

Location was off the freeway and we were able to park by our room window so we could keep an eye on our truck.
Negatives:
There is absolutely no amenities except for one bar of soap. So you will need to bring your own supplies. Bathroom had no counter at all - so all your toiletries need to be outside the bathroom. Kitchen area was completely empty so bring your own cups, bowls, utensils etc.
There is a pet fee even if you see it is waived online when booking- they collect it at the counter. $28 which made our low cost of staying here not so low.

Tv was difficult to get working. Needed assistance. When i arrived the room smelled bad. Phone didnt work. At 5:30 am people were in the hall making noise. Couldn’t open the window. No screen.

Positives:
The staff was very nice and polite. The hotel was just old and run down. No carpet in the rooms was NOT comfortable or relaxing.. The AC unit was on the fritz and was loud and sputtering most of the night. Just time to replace about 90% of the building.
